About Andrea
I add energy medicine yoga to my yoga classes. It's simple but very effective in releasing anxiety,depression and fear of moving forward in life.
I absolutely love helping people. My specialty is helping the nervous systems calm down through, yoga, mindfulness, meditation and we are tap on pressure points to release stuck energy in the body. It's wonderful.
I am certified in Yoga, Pilates, Reiki, Mindfulness... I am working on Energy Meditation now. It's incorporated in my classes.

I mainly teach trauma in-formed yoga and mindfulness. I teach all styles of yoga to suit the needs of my client. We can certainly take it to a more advanced level if your dedication is there. We will discuss by phone your goals.

Andrea is a wonderful practictioner who conveys warmth and compassion and creates a caring environment. It provides me with the opportunity to just take care of myself for one hour a week. She has introduced me to new techniques that I have found personally helpful in reducing my stress which I use through out the week. As a clinical social worker I relay these techniques to my clients as well.
I enjoy everything about this project but in particular, I like how practical and how easily integrated the taught techniques are. I have been able to apply what I've learned daily and see the benefits myself along with the enthusiastic encouragement from Andrea that truly solidifies the steady growth. Personally, this project has been a blessing!
