Coco is so attentive and understanding when guiding a flow. After practicing with her, I have better body awareness and patience with my practice. I always had a tough time with my hip and shoulder range of motion from sports injuries, and her practice was just what I needed to improve. Yoga is now part of my daily routine thanks to Coco!

Carolina (aka Coco) is a fabulous yoga instructor!! From the moment you walk in the room of one of her classes, you can tell right away that she truly loves what she does and cares about her students! She takes the time to break things down, teach you new poses and not to mention, she has the most soothing “yoga voice” I have ever heard in a yoga class! I also love that she always plays great music during class, which gets me pumped up to have a great flow! 10/10 I would recommend Coco to anyone!!! :)

I loved Carolina’s cueing and that I was able to build my practice up or slow it down.

The attention to detail coco provides for your own movements in your practice is unlike any other teacher I have ever done a session with. She’s encouraging no matter what stage you are in and finds ways for you dig deeper both mentally and physically.

Not only have I done privates with her but we are also hiring her for a session for a bridal party the day of a wedding.
