About Ean
Greetings! My name is Ean and I've been doing daily yogic practice since February 24th of 2017.
Yogic postures, traditionally known as asana, are only one aspect of yoga! Meditation and breathwork are two other life changing practices which can be incorporated into one's daily life for immediate to long-term benefit.
Complete with yogic philosophy, called vedanta, we are guided to live the most harmonious life with nature possible. Happiness and health arise spontaneously with consistent practice.
Lastly: anyone can practice yoga! The teachings and techniques can be adjusted for any body type, and do not go against any religion. Unless stretching, breathing, and nonviolence are against your religion, that is 😉
I received my first certification in yoga through the Dharma Yoga House in Dana Point, CA in Vinyasa style yoga. This style of exercise is largely focused on building strength and endurance, and is more modern.
In October of 2019, I went for a month long training immersion at the Sivananda Ashram in Grass Valley, CA. Here, I learned a more traditional approach to yoga which has resulted in a deeper appreciation for a more meditative practice.

Ean has a calming voice as well as the ability to talk you through the pose. Reminding us what the benefits of the pose are and reminder to breathe during and when to exhale and inhale and focus and so on. Great guidance and direction, Very knowledgeable and well spoken.
