About Felecia
I started my journey with Yoga three years ago when my mental health was in a dark place. I was burnt out between personal issues, Post Partum took a toll on my mental health after having my daughter and I did not know how to climb out of the hole that kept getting deeper and deeper.
After seeking out for help, someone suggested I try yoga. At first I was apprehensive. I had the same assumption that most do that yoga is for strength and flexibility and I was so far from flexible that it is not even funny. BUT I needed to get out of this hole and I was willing to try anything.
What I found left me speechless. Everyday I looked forward to my Yoga time. I would do yoga in the morning and meditate at night. Before I knew it I was out of the hole. Not only out but I felt more like myself and more in control of my mind than I ever have been. Anxiety has been a dark cloud that has followed me my whole life. For the first time, It was gone. When I would see it coming in the distance I knew I could push it away. I felt strong. I felt happy. I felt in control.
After doing this I knew I wanted to help others. Mental health is so hard on people. So many people struggle with it and are like I was and are stuck in that hole. I wanted to be able to reach in pull them out and show them how to stay out. Which has led me here...
Join me... and I promise I will pull you out. I will teach you how to be in control of YOU. Your mind doesn't have to be your enemy. All you have to do is connect your mind, body and soul...
My focus is on you. I want to make the world a better place... Everyone deserves to be there own Ray of Sunshine.
