Inspiration to Teach in the Fitness Industry: Initially one to focus on fitness through traditional means, Alicia was ultimately drawn to Yoga then Pilates to further balance her own mind/body connection. After intensive training and self-practice, she found her voice and sought to bring her unique balance of patience and attention to others through teaching. What you might not know about Alicia: A high point in her fitness career was participating at the Advanced Yoga & Satsung Program for the World Renown Sivananda Ashram in London England. Learning and teaching has been an ongoing journey ever since. Her positive attitude and wonderful personality makes your fitness goals fun and attainable.
