About Michelle
I am passionate about helping people to learn yoga and bring yoga into their lives. Yoga is more than just the physical postures, it is a way of thinking, living and interacting with others. Yoga is an internal process that can bring on transformative changes.
I've been practicing yoga for 20 years but teaching solely yoga for a couple years. I started yoga with my pregnancy and found it to be incredible for my body and it helped me sleep. I just feel yoga is the best form of physical and mental practice.
I have a group fitness certification through NASM/AFFA and a 200YRT yoga certification. I am a member of Yoga Alliance and I am CPR/First Aod Certified. I also posses a Masters Degree in Business.

I can work with client in their home after some initial prescreening. Clients must sign a waiver prior to participation. It is best if clients consult their physician prior to any physical practice.
I start with students where they are. I explore what they feel comfortable with and work towards their goals. Yoga has many formats and there is a yoga practice for everyone.
I have worked with children all the way to elderly clients. I've worked with beginners to advanced yogies.
I would say think about what you would like to get out of your practice. Find a practitioner that will listen.
I live yoga retreats and my most memorable event was a three day retreat I attended with Deepak Choprah.
