Hi, I’m Nicole Sidman, E-RYT 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor and founder of Anahata Yoga. Since 2011, I’ve had the joy of guiding students toward greater presence, vitality, and inner peace.

Unlike large, impersonal studios, Anahata Yoga offers a compassionate, heart-centered approach where every student is seen, supported, and cared for. Whether you join us in the studio, online via Zoom, or through custom private lessons, our Hatha Vinyasa classes welcome practitioners of all levels (ages 8 to 108).

Nicole is the founder of Anahata Yoga, LLC, through which she offers her talents to her students. In the past 10 years, she has taught over 1,800 hours and around 1,000 people, people from all walks of life. Nicole is currently 500-hour certified (Yoga Alliance, RYT) and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Teacher (YACEP). She is trained to teach meditation practices by the American Meditation Society and much more self healing techniques.

I have worked with all people from ages 8 to 108, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, everyone who I teach is with love and kindness.
Do not be afraid to try something new, I provided both yoga and meditation in a judement free zome, please be present, let go and enjoy.
Our in the park series in the Fall & Spring. Students came out for a much needed socially distant and grounded yoga experience together.

YOGA:
One hour private session: $60 on Zoom; $100 in person (outside only)
Small Group Session (2-5 participants): $80 on Zoom; $130 in person (outside only)
MEDITAION:
15-30 minute one on one sessions: $30 on Zoom (only)
Package: Book 4 sessions for (15% off) $100 (paid in full prior to 1st session)
LIFE COACHING:
20-30 minute sessions one on one: $50 on Zoom (only)
Package: Book 3 sessions for (15% off) $130 (paid in full prior to 1st session)
