About Johanne
I am focused on helping people stay fit and cope with daily life stresses through yoga and meditation. I truly believe that we have everything we need within all of us and through inner child work and mindfulness practice we can learn to trust ourselves again. We can overcome far more than we truly know.
I love helping people. Since I was a child I loved to help. I always wanted to be a nurse but now I Know my path is in yoga.
Started a website during covid epidemic
I have 200 RYT hours through Summit of Wellness.

So far middle aged woman wanting to lose weight and get healthy.
Consider going to a yoga teacher who also incorporates the mental, philosophical aspects of yoga because the lessons you get from them are just as beneficial and the Asana portion of yoga.
I recently collaborated with 2 woman on line and we hosted a restorative yoga, grounding and meditation class
