About Bahman
I have worked with national and professional volleyball teams for more than twenty years, both as a volleyball coach and as a strength and conditioning coach and injury prevention trainer. I have been a club and school volleyball coach for several years. I am certified by NASM for personal trainer and also work as a flexologist in stretchlab studio. I have a Ph.D. in exercise physiology and taught at the university for many years. I am very interested in instructing and after years activity in the field of sports, I am still excited at work to be able to help my customers.
I have ph.D in Exercise Physiology and i am International Certified Volleyball coach/ and Certified Personal Trainer by NASM.
