Jonathan Moser isn't just a wonderful musician, he is also a fantastic teacher. He interacts well with students of all ages and he effectively communicates with the musicians he works with. It is obvious that he loves to teach. He pours into his students, and he encourages them to strive for excellence. My daughter and I both play in his community orchestra and find it challenging and rewarding.

Having played under his orchestral direction for almost 3 years I have found him to be among the best directors I have ever experienced. He gives clear direction, articulates well what he is looking for, and encourages excellence while exhibiting patience, kindness, and joy in the music. He brings his teaching and expertise on the violin to bear in demonstrations and explanation. If I were a violinist instead of a horn player he would be my choice to study under!
