We meet up and go over the basics that are needed to build a foundation for higher level skills. For example, with a cyclist it is normal to just jump into a group ride and give it a try. I go over the skills that need to be mastered first and then go into the ride better prepared for success.

Coach Tim has a way of working with athletes that seems to work for every athlete. He brought me a new understanding of the sport of triathlon and has shown me the path to success. I could not imagine a coach that is more caring and committed to his athletes than Coach Tim. I look forward to continuing my work with him to see where he can take myself and other athletes as well.
West Coast Endurance Coaching provided training guidance and recommendations that fit my schedule. Coach Tim shared valuable coaching insights in the form of everyday training, triathlon camps, and one-on-one coaching sessions in all three disciplines of triathlon.
