About Rachel
I have been teaching swimming for about 4 years now and I love it! Swimming is something I've loved to do since I was a child, and I love passing down the skills to others. I am lifeguard certified, CPR certified, and first aid certified with the American Red Cross.

At the beginning, I usually assess the level of the student, then go up from there. I plan my lessons according to their skills, and go at the speed that the student can handle. I introduce new skills when I feel they are ready!
