About Sydney
Swimming and Stretching are my top two passions and hobbies, and what I love even more is teaching my skills to others.
I have been swimming for 15 years and teaching lessons for 5 years. I do all ages to help with form, technique, speed, and general exercise. I am lifeguard and WSI (water safety instructor) certified.
Stretching is an important routine to have in your daily life. I have been stretching my entire life before and after exercises, but I recently got into educating stretching last year. My goal is to help others find what feels right for them, prevent muscle injury, and help with muscle recovery.
