About Heather
Managed aquatics and taught for over 16 years.
Experience working with infant to 18 year olds.
Will come to your house or I have an above ground pool at my house.
Believe every child should know how to swim for safety and fun. It is very rewarding to see a child who may be fearful of the water at first improve.
I have also had many students go on to swim for their schools and set records. The parents will come back to me and tell me it all started with my lessons. What a great compliment.
I work for a large scale health club and begin teaching there over 16 years ago.
16+ years aquatic experience. Have taught private, semi-private, group lessons for ages 6 months old up to 18 years old. Managed aquatic department which included the swim team at a large health facility.

I have worked with students of all sorts. I have worked with those who are terrified of water to those looking to improve their endurance and stroke technique. I have also worked with mildly disable children.
Make sure the instructor is knowledgable of the water and is able to relate to your child.
