About Alex
I've been tutoring regularly for the last 3 years and really enjoy it. I have a big love for science and I want to share that enthusiasm!
I like to keep life varied so in day-to-day life I work as an equine groom, whilst also studying a combined science degree with the Open University. I am particularly interested in the medical side of things, so would love to do something like veterinary nursing one day.
I'm UK based, so at GCSE I studied triple science and achieved an A* grade in each science, and at A-Level achieved A*s in Biology and Chemistry.

Hi prospective students!
I'm 22, and an experienced tutor who specialises in teaching GCSE Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, as well as A-Level Biology and Chemistry.
My lessons are usually 45 - 60 minutes long, but that can vary in either direction depending on the day :)
I use a mixture of practice questions, theory lessons, quizzes, exam technique, help with homework, and more! I try to keep my lessons as interesting as possible, and am a big believer in the "little and often" revision technique.
As a tutor I am very flexible, so am open to doing any time length, and a combination of subjects per lesson.
