About Konner
I am a newcomer to coaching soccer so I don't have an established way of doing things, meaning that our sessions will be tailored to your liking. What I can say is that I have been playing and watching soccer for my entire life. I have an eye for proper technique, mindset, positioning, movement, and communication that will give you a different outlook on how to play the game.
I have played and watched soccer for over 15 years. I am a massive fan of the sport and I constantly think about new ways to train. I also love to see players improve and add new elements to their game.
I have always had an interest in soccer coaching, but I've never had the time. Now, as I'm done with school I have the time to truly make a commitment to my players. I am now in the early stages of becoming an experienced coach.
I have played soccer at the academy level for over 15 years. I have also been a fan of the game for the same period of time, in which I've been able to acquire a rich foundation of knowledge of and passion for soccer. I've also worked with young adults in the past in various contexts.

Firstly, I like to establish stretching as the most important aspect of training to ensure longevity and optimal performance. Then we will get to know your strengths and weaknesses so we can gradually make you a more balanced player. I believe in the mental aspect of the game (positioning, awareness) just as much as the physical aspect of the game (technique, finishing, passing). First sessions will vary by student, but these 3 principles will be the first step.
I would advise the student to seek coaches that you can see yourself forming a strong connection with. A coach that you both connect with and who is truly passionate about the game and wants to see you grow has the right ingredients for a good fit. In my experience, playing for coaches like these has significantly improved my game.
