About Robert L
My name is Robert Lee Mcfield and started learning Wing Chun from Ma Chan who was from Hong Kong. I have been Wing Chun Fut over 40 years.
We opened in 1997 and has been in the same location for 20 years. We’re a Kung Fu school and offer self defense classes: Wing Chun Fut, Wing Chun, Snake and Choy Li Fut
Internal training classes: Loi Kung and Crane Chi Kung. These Classes improves the Immune and nerves system, joint stiffness and pain. You’ll learn how to meditation and different breathing method.
“ you can live on month without food, 2 weeks without water, But Only 60 Seconds Without Air”.
Work with Job Corp Center Stands Officer for 19 years. I delt with troubled and probation ages 16 to 26. I Had the responsibility of counseling, discipline, removing violent, aggression and probationary students.
