About Jorge
Master black belt 8° degree in Self Defense.
Black belt 4 degree in Kung Fu, 10 years in a row winning championships in diferent countrys in different martial arts (Karate, Kenpo, Taekwondo, Limalama, Warangdo, kung fu, limalama and open tournaments)
43 years teaching self defense, kickboxing and muay thay
Martial arts are much more than a sport. The type of exercise that is done is much more complete even than swimming so it is best for a good physical greeting, in addition the activity provides an excellent mental exercise as well. Mastering the body and self-defense techniques makes us confident people, which is reflected in all the acts of our lives and provokes respect and admiration for us from all the people who come to know us.
