About Wilbur
I am NASM Certified as a Personal Trainer with a athletic background in various sports (i.e. basketball, track and field, metabolic strength training, boxing and self defense)
My overall goal is to educate empower and inspire as many people as I possibly can. Improving myself, my community, and my world one person at a time. The following cutting edge mind and body training will be implemented with each client to edge out the competition!!! I’m a former 3yr Varsity Athlete for Hephzibah High School in Augusta, Ga (Basketball, Track and Field)
I attended The Northrop Grumman Apprentice School as a scholarship athlete for Basketball
2014 I was 240lbs over weight and miserable
I wanted to change my life but didn’t know how
I saught refuge in fitness and it changed my life! Now I can truly say I know what it takes to be your best look your best and do your best at 6ft 200lbs preparing for my professional bodybuilding debut with the International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness later this year in 2019!
