In 2011 I traveled to Japan to take the only test that is given in the Bujinkan dojo. The Sakki test is given for those to reach the 5th degree black belt and it is necessary before obtaining the license of teacher. The test involves a blindfolded student awaiting the teacher to swing a wooden sword down on their head and for the student to get out of the way. I passed this test and obtained the license to teach Bujinkan Budo and Ninpo Taijitsu.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should learn what they need from their teachers. In Japan you don't ask the teachers questions and they never tell you any answers.
