About Kim
I have been teaching Pilates for over 20 years. As a former professional dancer with the Mark Morris Dance Group, I have always had a keen interest in the body and how to optimize its performance. I was certified by Romana Kryzanowska and also completed the Bridge Program with Power Pilates under the instruction of Bob Liekens. I have taught ages 12-92 in New York, San Francisco and Portland including members of the San Francisco Ballet and Portland Trailblazers. My goal is to meet each student on their level and find ways to improve their strength, flexibility and function to better enjoy the activities that are a part of their life.
I find it extremely rewarding to help people connect to their bodies, become more aware of how they move, and empower them to reach their potential.

11-12pm Classical Pilates Mat
12-12:30pm "The Scoop" (an optional Q&A Session where I answer questions and go more in depth on certain exercises.)
