About Ben

I'm a recent summa cum laude graduate from Columbia University, where I majored in biochemistry and computer science. I can help you with any biology, chemistry, or physics course at any level (high school through college). I know what it's like to struggle through tough AP and premed science classes and I'm here to help you succeed!

It took a lot of work and patience to figure out how to be successful in my classes, and I love passing those skills on to my students.

I graduated from Columbia University with degrees in biochemistry and computer science, so I'm very familiar with material in science classes at all levels. As an upperclassman at Columbia I tutored freshmen in physics, biology, and chemisty.

About the lesson

We'll talk through the material you're struggling with and come up with a strategy to help you understand it. Then we'll go through concepts and problems slowly and methodically until you feel comfortable doing them on your own and ace your next test!

Ben has been an incredibly helpful chemistry tutor for my son in high school. He is responsive, prompt, and professional. My son says that Ben's tutoring has made AP Chemistry much easier, and his exam scores show it. I wholeheartedly recommend this tutor!
