About Martin
I've been teaching exercise classes for almost 40 years. My Abs, Thighs and Buns program has inspired thousands of fitness professionals from all over the world. Often imitated never duplicated. My teaching metodologies are based in D.E.T. (direction, explanation and technique). I owned and operated the Martin Henry Fitness Studio in West Hollywood, California from 1990-1998. Early in my career I was a master instructor at the Voight Fitness and Dance Center. Working closely with Karen Voight, I was featured in the best selling poster Definition and I was featured on the cover of American Fitness Magazine Additionally produced and starred in several Billboard top ten exercise video's. The Abs, Thighs and Buns Formula and the Hollywood series for Wood Knapp Entertainment. Today I teach class on the lot at Warner Bros. Studio's in Burbank California and I personally train clients in their home.
Helping people to achieve their fitness goals. In particular I enjoy the ah ha moment that some clients experience when there is a sense of synergy between proper alignment and facilitating the power of our life force which is BREATH.
I have just under 40 years experience in the field service industry. Additionally, I am always learning new exercise techniques. I try to stay up to date with new exercise programs. I will often purchase exercise DVD's and have taken online continuing educational workshops.

When a new student begins training with me, I have them fill out a health questionnaire, I take measurements and weight along with a few snapshots. Then we discuss fitness goals. We then go over policies, cost and payment. I have found this proceds takes about 1.5 hours.

Yes and no. Yes I have guidelines and some structured prices. However since most of my training is done in the students home, pricing depends on the location.
