About Claude
I have been personal training for two years now at gyms and freelance (where clinets wants). I have had a passion in fitness since i was 14 years old. I have competed professionally in powerlifinting with usapl. I am certified with the national academy of sports medcine. (concealed information)
I have experince playing football & basketball at the highschool level. I compete professionally in powerlifting with the usapl. I'm cerified personal traing with nasm & studying kinesiology.

The first 10-15 minutes will be spent getting to know your strength, weakness and previous experiences with fitness in general. Then move on to the basics to apply good foundation to any form of exercise or sport speific movements.
I've worked with college athletes to children. (7-19 years old) I train between the levels of beginner to intermidate.
Do your research first, learn how compatiable you and the teacher can be on your fitness journey.
