About Jacob
Savage Stoic is a health and wellness service that offers a wide array of servies. It offers personal training, budgeted meal plans, free excercise videos, and creative workouts that can all be done from home.
This service is made to help clients remotly or in person depending on their preference all by a certified trainer.
I enjoy impacting my clients life for the better, mentally and physically. I also enjoy creating new recipes and diets that clients find enjoyable for a simple price.
I've always taught Jiu Jitsu and kickbxing as well as trained friends and family in the gym. When I went off to college I start to help more and more friends until I realized I could make a living from it. I offer my services to anyone who is willing to build themselves mentally, and physically.
I am a certified personal trainer. I have also practiced martial arts, specifically Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing for over 10 years.

When I work with a new client I immeditely ask what their goals are physically and mentally, their diet restrictions, and if where they choose to train, gym setting or home, with equipement, or none.
I have worked with a lot of athletes including, UFC fighters, amaetur fighters, college football athletes, and other clients who have just looked to get into shape.
Look for a credible, passionate, and motivated personal trainer. If they aren't willing to be available at anytime of the day to answer questions then it might not be the ritght fit. A personal trainers job shouldn't end after the workout, they should be in contact with their client outside of the gym. A personal trainer needs to be building their clients mind as well as their body to help them start change.
Recently had a client who lost 20lbs, and only started a month and half ago. We are 10lbs away from his goal weight.

Working with clients in person training which is 3 days a week, writing out their meal plans according to their diet restrictions and budget, is a weekly charge of 90 dollars a wekk, or an upfront payment of $245 for the month.
Working with clients remotely entails 2 zoom calls a week, a written meal plan according to their diet restriction and budget, is a weekly charge of 45 a week, or an upfront payment of $125
