About Crossfit
I specialize in functional fitness training and nutritional coaching. I understand that the needs of the aging grand parent and elite athlete vary only by intensity, not by type. With over 30 year of training for all levels of client. I CAN help you to achieve those things you really want! Let do this!!
I love seeing the joy spring back into people and their lives. Positive transformations, not just physically but also emotionally, are what keep me doing this!!
I have been a coach and trainer for over 30 years. I have trained athletes, firefighters, lifeguards, competitive Masters Athletes, those that want to lose weight, those just want to be able to play with their kids, those that want to look good in their clothes, and those with injury and degenerative issues through the thousands of individuals I have worked with. I have my BS in Biology with a concentration in Anatomy and Physiology and I am a Level 4 Certified Crossfit Coach which is the highest level of coach CrossFit has to offer of which there are less than 1000 of us worldwide. Movement is my specialty. Understanding the body is what I do and we will get amazing results for you!

First, we discuss what the goals for that individual are. Once they are stated then we discuss how we will attack accomplishing them. Next, would be seeing if there are any limitations to movements that we need to be aware of and that way we can construct the correct movements and be able to work with any deficencies. Then we go to work!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The main question would be do they REALLY understand and WANT their goal. It has to be something that is SO important to them that they won't let anything get in their way. I will hold them accountable to that and we will make great things happen!

Details
Nutritional coaching: $150 a month for body composition assessment, correct food numbers based on desired end result and weekly check in.
Personal One on One Sessions: $100. Include a warm up, mobility work and your wortkouts based on desired result.
