About Mackenzie
I love helping clients fall in love with their body, their everyday routine, and the little things that make life special. I will be taking your goals, create a workout program based on those goals while also implementing small habits outside of the workouts to help you achieve your goals. I am a former Division 1 soccer player. I have been consistently working out for the last 8 years. I have just received my NASM personal training certification in hopes of making some great connections and helping out others.
