I cater to each individual. Every workout is personalized to what the client does for a living, for a hobby, for fun, etc. I am experienced in working around physical limitations and previous injuries. My studio is private so that each person can make the necessary changes free of competition and without any judgement. I stay in close communication via email or text because accountability plays a major factor in reaching health and fitness goals.
