About Mackenzie
I’m passionate about health and helping athletes build the correct foundation and master fundamental skills. I have over 15 years of experience with volleyball.
I played college indoor and beach volleyball in Southern California for 3 years. I have over 3+ years of coaching and have been in the fitness industry for 5+ years.
I provide strength training for all athletes wanting to take themselves to the next level in their sport. Our programs focus on comprehensive skill development, ensuring that your child establishes a strong foundation in their chosen sport. From mastering the fundamental techniques to honing in on advanced strategies.
I will provide personalized guidance and feedback to help your child excel on and off the court/field. Our training programs, prioritize, strength, and conditioning, physical strength and endurance which are a key component of athletic success. Through carefully designed workouts, agility drills, and conditioning exercises. We aim to enhance your child’s athleticism, power, and endurance.
I strongly believe in the importance of strength training as a key component of becoming a better athlete, our gym is equipped with state of the art equipment to support this goal.
