Optimum Fitness was founded in 1999 by Patrick and Sherrie Pilege with the vision of providing people in the Omaha community with the tools and motivation they need to succeed at making a total lifestyle improvement.

EXPERIENCED TRAINERS:
We've been in this business a long time and we know what works and what doesn't work. We know the difference it makes having trainers on staff who are highly degreed and certified, which is why our trainers each hold certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the gold standard in fitness accreditation.
Many personal trainers earn their certification over the course of a weekend, but not ours. The NSCA employs strict testing and on-going education criteria, which ensures our trainers have a keen understanding of all aspects of fitness and wellness.

We work closely with you or your companies Wellness Coordinator to determine classes and schedules that are of most interest to you. If you are working alone, we customize a program specifically to fit your needs and goals. It's not a one size fits all program.
Over the past 20 years we have worked with all different types of clients. Many that were ill and needed rehabilitation and many that were well looking to simply improve their lifestyle. We've worked with all differernt types of athletes and special populations, including children up through seniors age 90+.
Ask about credentials. Don't work with anyone that doesn't have them.
