About Linda
As a personal trainer with 20 years experience my dedication to my training is to create individual training programs that are specific to my clients and their particular goals.
My focus is directly related to my individual client and their physical, mental and emotional health.
I believe that health and fitness is directly related to Mind, Body and Soul. As a trainer that stands out amongst the rest it’s important for me to understand all aspects of my client and their lifestyle. Having a comprehensive understanding and working together with my client will help in achieving their specific fitness goals.
I get great satisfaction from helping people discover the physical and emotional rewards from physical fitness. As a certified health and wellness coach and personal trainer I help my client discover empowerment through movement. I believe that a strong body and strong mind go hand in hand. Clients positive changes that I have had the pleasure to be a part of has been the most rewarding in my 20 years of training.

I first contact the client to introduce myself and my personal training business. This call is for client and I to feel comfortable with the initial trainer/client match.
I then schedule a free consultation. This allows the client and I to review her goals and to talk about what type of training is best for them along. I also will assess the client and review medical history.
Once we agree and the client feels comfortable we schedule our first session.

I started working out with Linda five years ago after a tennis elbow injury. I wasn't sure I would be able to keep up with the other girls. I like that LInda can work with different fitness levels. My friend is more advanced than I am but we do the same work out only I do the exercises a bit differently. She adjusts the work out to fit you. She is also one of the most positive people I have ever met. Once you work out with LInda you will improve your body and your mind! Linda is a great instructor and now a great friend!
