About Miguel
Focus on bringing the most amazing experience to the customer by educating and giving a sense of autonomy. Also getting customer through different levels of progressions to avoid plateau.
Being in my 60’s and having trained people for over 20 years, I understand what it is to workout when you are not 20 anymore.
I enjoy seeing people getting a new sense of how amazing it is to become functionally fit. Improving balance, coordination, getting stronger. All these are realistic goals if you follow the right protocols.
I enjoy designing workout routines with minimal equipment
Started in 1999 as I was living in Belgium. I haven't stopped since and it's been my full time job. Loved the interaction with customers as I help them become a better version of themselves.
certified pilates instructor, certified personal trainer(NASM), certified Gyrotonic instructor.
Background in martial arts, rock climbing and windsurf.
