About Tammy
I have been practicing meditation and yoga since my early teenage years. When I moved to the US, I started to question what were truly my gifts and passions and went all in for health and wellness.
I am a fitness coach, Ayurveda enthusiast, certified personal trainer, sports nutritionist, yoga instructor, meditation instructor, stretching and mobilizing specialist and body builder instructor.

Every person has different needs. My process always involves a lot of talking before assessment. I want to know what are my clients goals, struggles to then move on to assessment and choose the better path to achieve the results my client is expecting.
I usually work with women and people who are inclined to a more alternative view on health and wellness.
Always look for someone who is interested in what YOU want. In what are your goals and your trajectory. Your trainer should be interested in everything about YOU. Physical health is connected to emotional and mental health.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Pay attention to what your trainer is asking you. If he already has a plan for you before even taking to you, then he's not training you based on your needs.
