About Ruben
Hello! My name is Ruben, I'm from Spain and I'm 20 years old. I've always been a very sporty guy, I'm passionate about soccer and weight training. When I was little, I saw a lot of people who didn't feel good physically and I decided to change that. Today, I've already changed over 20 lives and I'm proud that they finally got the change they wanted.
I am a very curious person and I am always learning. I am also a very versatile guy, since we can one day do physical exercise in weights, rubber bands and another day go running or practice another sport. As you can see, the change of mentality to achieve everything you set your mind to will help you realize that you can do anything. In addition to all this, I am a content creator for social networks where I upload motivational videos to start the change and I am super proud of the support I have where I have more than 70,000 followers who have already begun to take action.
I have a course in nutrition and personal training. In Spain I work in a gym doing personal training.
