About Jon
What makes me stand out is my ability to get anyone motivated, find a love for fitness, and wellness. I teach others how to live a better life and show up for themselves. I'm very understanding and flexible with times. I truly love what I do and seeing other flourish whether it's life or fitness. I have been doing this for over 5 years and can see myself doing anything else. NASM certified with nutrition and personal training. Check me out on Instagram or Facebook for proof.
What got me started was the love of fitness as a gymnast/cheerleader which turned into years of coaching kids and teenagers, then lead me to wanting to teach all ages and help others and share my passion for fitness
NASM certification and went to school for kinesiology

Jon is an incredible trainer! I see results every week! Since January 15,2022, I’ve lost 100 pounds and 90 inches!! We train twice a week and he helps me stay motivated and focused on my goals. Train with Jon! You won’t regret it! He is a nutritionist as a bonus! You CAN do this. Just start with Jon.
Jon will keep you consistent and accountable. he teaches you how to do the exercises properly so you don’t hurt yourself. Had great results with Jon!
I’ve been training with Jon since January 2022 and my results have been AMAZING! I’ve completely transformed my body, my figure, and my mind. I have reversed serious medical conditions. I can fit into juniors jeans now, at age 43! He has taught me the perfect form and what muscle groups I need to strengthen. He is goal oriented. Best part is that I get to workout with my best friend! Jon pushes me so that I see results every week! I couldn’t ask for a better trainer! Choose Jon to be your trainer. You won’t be sorry!
