About Eric
We promote and teach lifestyle changes; good nutrition is more than weight loss or gain. Weight loss and gain are just transient indicators of energy balance, since energy balance and weight can change from one day to the next. Therefore, what we do, is find a long-term set of exercise and dietary habits that is based on the intersection of the following three goals: *improved body composition * improved health * improved performance.

I enjoy changing my clients lives by formulating & designing fitness solutions that work, and work well. To create exercise programs that make a real difference in your health and vitality, I stay on the cutting edge of nutritional science and constantly work to get the most out of my clients.
I am certified in fitness training and also exercise therapy.

I always meet either by phone or face to face to discuss students goals and expectations. Building a solid foundation of what is to be expected always helps to avoid any roadblocks to students success.
I have currently worked with all type students, beginners to intermediate, all the way to current experienced bodybuilders.
Meet the prospective teacher in a face to face meeting to get to know him or her and discuss your goals and what you as a student you expect and what you wish to accomplish.
I donate some of my time to Special Olympics and in 2010 & 2011 trained the Alabama State Champion in the bench press.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
1. Make sure they are commited and dedicated to accomplish their goal.
2. The student has to WANT it! Consider the time you are willing to commit to.

All prices are for 50 minute sessions and the more sessions you purchase the better price per session you receive.
1 session per week....4 sessions per month. $149.00
2 sessions per week....8 sessions per month $279.00
3 sessions per week....12 sessions per month $350.00
4 sessions per week....16 sessions per month $410.00
5 sessions per week....20 sessions per month $440.00
If you purchase any of the above sessions for 2 months in advance you will receive an additional 5% discount.
If you purchase any of the above sessions for 4 months in advance you will receive an additional 10% discount.
