About Stacy Rae
I bring over 30 years of experiance, life experiances, personal experiances and education to all my clients.
Being in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer, health coach and group fitness instructor has been an AMAZING journey helping others live their best life possiable. It is my PASSION!!!
Educating my clients on their body type and how to train specically for their type is priceless information that brings them serious results! Working with women forty and above is my niche market however, I do work with women younger than 40 as well as athletes and teens. Working with women prior to pregnancy, during and post pregancy is an area I am very qualified to do.
I am certified, insured and ready to be there for clients that are ready to take that first step!:-)
The work I do is very rewarding to me to see the change in others lives. Coaching and educating women to live their best life possiable is wonderful to be apart of and watch unfold. As new healhy habits slowly start to replace old unhealty habits. Walking alongside clients on their health and fitness journey is something that brings me great joy!:-)

We do a phone call or zoom call to met and see if we are a fit. From there I email the client the paperwork needed to fill out before moving forward. After receiving the paperwork we set up a time to meet in person or in my zoom room.
Appointments are made and require a 24 hour notice of cancellation in the client needs to cancel without being charged.
