About Melissa
My profession is called personal training which means paying attention to the details of each clients needs. I love getting client results. It has been my marketing for over 35 years.
At 58, I'd love you to feel as amazing as I do after 30 years of living a fit lifestyle. I'm passionate about fitness. Please allow Metamorphocise the opportunity to take you down the path of health & wellness.
I have a BS in Kinesiology /Exercise Science with a minor in nutrition and chemistry.
Not many trainers get a degree in the area and rely on only a certificate if that to take clients lives in their hands.
