About William
I am scientific-minded and a perfectionist. I ensure the client will improve strength and performance while preventing injury. Strength training is finally recognized as the body's best resource for fighting off the sick aging phenotype. I was once an obese individual who was pre-diabetic and diagnosed with hypertension, but now am no longer on medicine and living my best life now.
A friend had asked for some tips and realized that I actually have a knack for this. Also, it is the most rewarding feeling for me to coach someone else and watch how their confidence and happiness increase.
I am certified USAW Level 2 Coach, Nesta Certified Biomechanics Specialist, and USA Boxing Silver Level Coach
