About Clint
I take a 3 step approach. 1.) Create/ correct eating habits, 2.) Teach/ coach new resistance training habits. 3.) Teach/ coach new cardio training habits.
I focus on teaching a new healthier lifestyle, not a short-term fix. You meet with me first if there is a match you meet with my nutritionist and we will put a successful plan in place. I'm results oriented so the plan will be customized around you and your goals.
I enjoy watching my clients face when they hit their goals. It's an awesome experience helping someone to change their lives for the better by teaching new habits, for eating, resistance training, and cardio. Showing them how it all goes together.
