About Marlon
A true personal trainer who puts the 'Personal' in personal training. Fun and fitness aren't antonyms here!!! I have been helping people get better for 20 years and have been lifting weights for 25 years. I love taking people from where they're at to where they want to be. Having worked at Equinox, LA Fitness and Texas Family Fitness, I have a acquired substantial knowledge and am looking forward to sharing as much as possible.
I enjoy seeing my clients get everything they want out of the experience. Their results are my passion.
I'm into generational health. I want to change family trees to reduce cardio vascular disease as well as eating habits. I've always wanted to help people and really spread positivity. Helping people realize this fitness thing is something they is the most rewarding thing.
Outside of higher learning with college (Anatomy and Physiology, Exercise Physiology) and certifications (NSCA CSCS, Equinox Tier 2, NASM CPT and WFS, NCSF CPT), I've been weight training since 1995 and have gone through high school and college athletics (football).

Evaluation, execution and reevaluation are the staples of my training. We will figure out what makes you unique and tailor a plan to you.
All types. High blood pressure, scoliosis, figure skaters, ultra marathoners, regular marathoners, runner's knee, hip instability, pre-diabetic, athletes. You name it, I've probably dealt with it.
Treat things like an interview. Make sure how they are with you the first day is how they are with you every session.
My marathoner, who'd never ran a full marathon, ran her first one. Not only did she not stop, she averaged sub 13 minutes for the race. We have been training for over 2 years (body fat loss and lean muscle gain) and we've covered the whole spectrum.
