Jennifer has been my trainer for going on two years and I’m currently in the best shape of my life. I spent ten years as an infantryman in the US Army and was a master fitness trainer myself, so for me to be in the shape I’m in now is a big deal. Jenn is great at customizing workouts to fit with my desired results. She continues to add layers of difficulty to progress my fitness levels. Most importantly Jenn is personable and a good person, I highly recommend.
