About Corey
I have been in the health and wellness field since 2010. Experienced in multiple fitness areas including, strength training, weight loss, sports performance and Olympic weightlifting. Passions involve working as a health coach and developing programs for all levels of fitness. Experienced with older adults, youth and athletes.Workouts are both fun and challenging. I will coach you towards reaching your fitness goals, ultimately you are the driver and I am here to motivate you and make sure you're staying on track. Celebrating small stepping stones is key but we will set attainable goals.
