About Stephanie
I love working with moms and moms to be. I started with being unsatified with my own journey the first time I was pregnant. I have learned how to be a coach not just for fitness but nutrition and mindset too. So after a rough first time around, I have worked on myself all around and went through the second pregnancy and after much better. Now I am here to help you acheive your goals even if you are looking to expand your family. I am certified in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition. I also am a Certified Pre and Post-natal Coach. I want to get you where you want to be, whether that is to lose the baby weight, build some muscle to carry your baby, or just to feel better about yourself over all. And of course, one baby is here, it is not always about you anymore, I can always ensure that work outs include something entertaining for baby so that you can keep it up if you need.

She is amazing! Stephanie listens to what you want and need and will help you set goals that you can achieve. I was able to lose the 10 lbs of baby weight that would not budge and not totally give up the foods I love.
