I recently took a group class with Carol Michaels and was impressed!. I've gone to many trainers and liked the variety of activities in her class- it was not just weight training, but a combination of Pilates, Yoga, and Resistance Training. She made sure we warmed up and although people were at different fitness levels, the class was challenging, and I felt I received plenty of personal attention.
