About Liz
Anytime Fitness really gives clients a personal touch; getting to know each and every training client and facility member, their fitness journey, what their goals are and how we can help them achieve those goals.
We take pride in our members and clients, helping them to develop lifelong habits and sustain them!
Our owner, manager and coaches are each certified personal trainers by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the top accredited CPT program in the country.
I started off as a member here and got to know the owner through virtual sessions during the COVID shutdown, Summer 2020. I realized, while being furloughed from my hospitality job, that I wanted to completely change the industry in which I was working. I was given the opportunity to work here full time as the Club Manager and I began studying to become a certified personal trainer, receiving the certification about 8 weeks after starting the program.
I have a Certified Personal Training certification from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).

The first time I meet with a student I get to know them by asking a series of questions regarding their history with fitness, gyms and exercise routines. I find out their 'why' behind what prompted them to come in to get started with or reinvigorate their fitness journey. I will ask questions pertaining to their goals, the timeline in which they wish to accomplish these goals, what their habits/hobbies are outside of the gym, and I ask them to envision a realistic picture of how they are going to make their goals come to fruition.
I have worked with a variety of ages and fitness levels, from deconditioned to fitness professionals.

One of my clients was in a 3-week challenge, and by the end of it her mobility had drastically improved, to the point where she could do the exercise movement without any assistance.
