I am a professional athlete. A black belt in Brazilian Juijitsu. Prior militar and fitness expert.
Married man of 3 wonderful children and an amazing wife/mother.
I ran multiple YMCA"s.
I have over 20 years experience. I have trained children all they way too older adults (age range from 13-91)

Very accountable
The workouts were very personalized. Morgan pushes me further than I thought possible but never to the point of extreme pain or regret. He is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with.
He is passionate and kind. I’m 62 and just wanted to walk around the zoo with my grandkids..that was the goal..I did that and now I’m walking 5k”s!
