About Vinnie
Fitness, health, and wellbeing are my passion. It has always been my desire to pursue a lifetime career as a dedicated professional Personal Trainer. I enjoy raising the bar while safely bringing my clients to realize a successful outcome through a fun, educational and challenging journey that will leave them stimulated for a lifetime of wellness.
My mom passed away a few years ago.
She was SO important to me!
She was a special lady due to her sheer will and determination to achieve her goals.
It made a HUGE impact on me -- and who I am today.
Strong working mothers with "little" to "no time" reminds me of how much my mom had “on her plate”!
Balancing being:
A mother
A wife
and a great role model
So when I train working moms, I make sure to tailor the training to fit their "busy schedules".
I add in a good bit of #triggerpointtherapy to free up their joints and muscle groups to relieve the stress from a "long-day."
And, give them some great flexible meal options to help them stay on track through their lifestyle (even though all the craziness that comes with being a mom).
I'm dedicated to my craft and helping support them as much as possible while these women stay dedicated to turning their goals into reality.
