About Julie
Hello All! My name is Coach Julie and I am a fitness coach in the Atlanta and Smyrna area who is passionate about driving indivduals to have an active and healthier lifestlye. As a fitness coach, I not only want to help YOU to change your lifestyle and get stronger and more fit but, to help influence you to prepare you for better overall health and create longevity in your life.
I enjoy creating relationships with my clients. This builds buy-in to my training sessions and trust that they can count on me to help them accomplish and exceed their fitness goals. Alongside exceeding fitness goals, gaining the opportunity to assist others in not only making physical changes through strength training but also to strengthen your mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
