Paris is an excellent trainer. She was encouraging, patient, and showed me the right form to get the best results. Best part was we worked right from my home.. Really enjoyed working with her.

I thoroughly enjoy working with Passport 2 Fitness. I like the one on one training, the meal prep guide, the motivation and energy that was given even when I wasn't in the mood Paris always found a way to keep pushing me. I learned a lot about my body and being healthy while working with Paris. I love her spirit and passion for being healthy and fit.

Overall Amazing.... over the last 6 months I’ve lost 45 pounds. Her plans were not a basic plan but customized to fit my body and lifestyle. She made modifications for some of the exercises until I worked my way to another level. The meal plans ( I’m a foodie) were creative and didn’t take a ton of time to make. I believe the most important thing was the way she motivates and trains your mind to think differently about food and life. Many days I spoke to her feeling defeated by the scale and she would build me back up by telling me about telling me how much progress I made. Showing progress pics and videos. By the end of the call I was in ‘I give up mode’.
